Swim 300 meters serpentine course in the Falls City Aquatic Center Pool

15 K bik ride (helmets required; no iPods or MP3s allowed on the bike course)

5K run/walk (iPods and MP3s are  allowed on the run course)

$35.00 Entry Fee for Individuals

$75.00 Entry Fee for Teams (must be a team of 3)
