7:15 p.m. – Meet at United Methodist Church parking lot (17th & Harlan) to line up for Cruise

7:30 p.m. – Cruise Harlan

8:00 p.m. – Ice Cream Floats served – Park your ‘hot rod’ to give everyone an opportunity to look the cars over and have a float complements of the Chamber of Commerce!

6:00 a.m. – Transition Area Opens

7:45 a.m. – Pre-race meeting and final instructions

8:00 a.m. – Start time

Swim 300 meters serpentine course in the Falls City Aquatic Center Pool

15 K bik ride (helmets required; no iPods or MP3s allowed on the bike course)

5K run/walk (iPods and MP3s are  allowed on the run course)

$35.00 Entry Fee for Individuals

$75.00 Entry Fee for Teams (must be a team of 3)

Award cermony following the triathlon at Falls City Elks Club

10:00 a.m. there will be a short program at Jug Brown Stadium

before they continue the next leg of the Torch Run!
